Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies

CCCB

If you combine two of my favorite desserts – a chocolate chip cookie and a brownie – what do you get?  A Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie!

I know I’ve been a little dessert heavy here on the blog and I promise to throw in some other stuff within the next month or two but these are just too good not to share with you right away.

My daughter and I shared one of these at a volleyball tournament about a month ago.  Yes, you read that right, we SHARED one.  Rarely will we share desserts because we both love them so much and we’re selfish and want it all to ourselves but this was a BIG brownie so she decided to share it with her momma.  So in actuality it was she who shared it with me but since I paid for it, I will say I shared it with her.  Either way, we both ate it.

It’s fairly simple – just take 2 box brownie mixes, put them into a jelly roll pan, drop spoonfuls of chocolate chip cookie dough over the top, bake it, let it cool, and then share!

If you like this recipe, you may like this one or this one too!  And don’t forget to use Pan Goop!
