Cinnamon Sugar Buttered Popcorn
Just a quick post today because those 3 day weekends always throw me off. Like, I felt like Sunday was actually a Saturday and that Monday actually felt like Sunday. So going with the trend here – I felt like Tuesday was actually Monday and today is actually Tuesday. This gets me every time and by the end of the week I’m wondering where I lost that day – when in reality, I didn’t. It just throws me for a loop but I’ll take them whenever I can.
So since I’m out of whack this week – here’s a quick, easy snack that my kids are loving right now. It’s super duper easy. Just make some popcorn – microwave is fine but we really prefer the stove popped stuff ourselves. Whatever suits your fancy! Not sure how to pop popcorn on the stove – check out this tutorial I just saw yesterday over at Bake at 350 Goes Savory.
Then melt some of this Land O Lakes cinnamon sugar butter and pour over top. Have you seen this stuff yet? My daughter loves it on toast.
And there you have a fast, easy snack that cinnamon lovin’ kids will devour in minutes.
