Our priest gave a sermon on Thanksgiving Day that “thank you” is the best prayer you can say!
Perfect timing! I was just explaining to Matthew why he HAD to write thank you notes for his Confirmation gifts. He wanted to know why he couldn’t just email everyone! I just think a handwritten thank you says so much to the recipient! Thanks for sharing!

I really do prefer handwritten notes too but when push comes to shove the other choices are acceptable in my book – as long as a thank you is given. 🙂
